How this tool works and how to read it
A Kundli, or Jathakam, is a map of the sky for the exact birth date, local birth time and birthplace. AstroVedic360 resolves that local clock time through the selected IANA timezone, calculates the sidereal planetary longitudes and Ascendant, and then builds the chart layers used by the rest of the report. The result is not a hidden sample profile: the page remains empty until the required birth details are complete.
The report combines the birth Panchanga, Moon Rashi and Nakshatra, Whole Sign houses, the main D1 chart, Navamsa and the wider Shodasha Varga set, Vimshottari timing, Ashtakavarga, Shadbala-related strength views, Yogas, Dosha screens and selected transit context. Each section separates calculated facts from traditional interpretation so you can see what is astronomical, what depends on a classical convention and what the current implementation deliberately does not claim.
How to read the result
Start with the birth-input summary. If the date, time, gender or birthplace is wrong, do not interpret the rest of the chart. Lagna and house placement are especially sensitive to birth time, while the Moon can cross a Nakshatra or Pada boundary during the day.
Next read the D1 chart and Whole Sign houses as the foundation. Use Navamsa and other Vargas as supporting views rather than replacing the birth chart. For timing, read the active Vimshottari periods together with natal placements and strength measures instead of treating a Dasha lord as a standalone prediction.
Strength tables are comparative tools, not a simple good-versus-bad score. Shadbala components, Ashtakavarga bindus, aspects and dignity can point in different directions, so the report keeps their components visible rather than collapsing them into one unexplained number.
Worked example: checking a changing Lagna
Suppose two people enter the same birth date and city but one time is 06:10 and the other is 06:28. If the Ascendant is close to a sign boundary, those eighteen minutes can change the Lagna sign or at least its degree. AstroVedic360 recalculates the houses and all Lagna-dependent sections from the resolved time rather than copying the first chart.
If the Moon remains in the same Nakshatra, the birth-star sections may stay similar while the house-based sections change. That is why the correct way to compare the reports is to identify which astronomical input changed and then follow only the dependent sections.
Methodology and limits
AstroVedic360 uses the disclosed production calculation stack shown on the Methodology page, including Lahiri/Chitrapaksha sidereal positions and explicit house, Varga and Dasha conventions. Where an advanced rule family is not independently validated, the interface labels that limitation instead of silently substituting a different method.
Astrology is presented as traditional interpretive context. The report does not provide guaranteed medical, legal, financial or relationship outcomes, and it should not replace professional advice in those areas.
Frequently asked questions
Why does exact birth time matter for a Kundli?
Birth time is needed to calculate the Ascendant and house positions. Near a sign or house boundary, even a modest time difference can change Lagna-dependent sections.
Which chart should I read first?
Start with the D1 birth chart, Moon Rashi, Nakshatra and Whole Sign houses. Use Navamsa, other Vargas, Dashas and strength measures as supporting layers.
Does a high Shadbala or Ashtakavarga value guarantee a result?
No. These are traditional strength/context measures. AstroVedic360 shows their components so they can be combined with placement, house, aspect and timing context.
Can I save or print the full Jathakam?
Yes. After complete birth details are calculated, the report view is designed for printing or saving as PDF from the browser.
